Concept design to demo where the application to verify or propose work for a client's property. After interviewing users of the current application, discovered it was solitary with limited tools. Thinking outside the box proposed replacing the long web form with a conversational assistant (AI) keyed in on the spot addressing work and would respond with a helpful conversation to gather details and images rather than filling out a long form. Received Kepler Award for excellence for concept. Assistant idea being adapted across company products.
